Total length and area of a set of objects

This command allows to calculate the total 2D/3D lengths as well as the area of a set of poylines, splines, lines and arcs, sorted by layer or by color. Results are shown on the command line and are saved in a text file that can be found in the drawing directory and whose name is the name of the drawing plus the "_surfaces.txt" suffix.

Remarks : If sort by color is selected, objects belonging to different layers but having the BYLAYER color are considered having the same color (color 256).

Areas are calculated only if the objects are closed.

If a layer name is more than 30 characters long, it will be truncated on the command line but not in the text file.
