Delete multiple vertices of a polyline

This command allows to delete vertices between 2 clicked points of a polyline. Click the polyline, then 2 points on the polyline. Clicked points are not necessarily vertices of the polyline, they can be on a segment. If the polyline is closed, you'll have the choice of the part to delete. All widths are preserved.

Remarks :

1. Not applicable to fitted or splined polylines.

2. If both clicked points are on the same segment, a straight segment will be added between those points.
