Stretch part of a polyline

This command allows to modify a polyline by stretching (moving) a part of it. If the polyline is closed, you'll have the choice of the part to stretch. All widths are preserved.

In red, the part to be stretched, on the right the result.

Remarks : Not applicable to fitted or splined polylines.
