Scale part of a polyline

This command allows to modify a polyline by scaling a part of it. If the polyline is closed, you'll have the choice of the part to scale. All widths are preserved.

In red, the part to be scaled, on the right the result.

Remarks : Not applicable to fitted or splined polylines.
