Create a polyline by Offseting part of a polyline

This command allows to create a new polyline by offseting a part of it. The original polyline stays unchanged. If the polyline is closed, you'll have the choice of the part to offset. All widths are preserved.

In red, the part to be offseted, on the right the result.

Command options :

• Choose the layer for the new polylines.

Remarks : Not applicable to fitted or splined polylines.
