Offset part of a polyline

This command allows to modify a polyline by offseting a part of it. If the polyline is closed, you'll have the choice of the part to offset. All widths are preserved.

In red, the part to be offseted, on the right the result.

Remarks : Not applicable to fitted or splined polylines.
