Tranform lines, arcs and circles into polylines

This command allows to tranform lines, arcs and circles into 2D or 3D polylines. Arcs will be transformed into 2D polylines, circles into two 2D polylines (LWPOLYLINE) and lines whether into 2D or 3D polylines, depending on the Z.

• Choose the layer for the new polylines.
• Delete original polyline or not.
