Chamfer or Fillet a set of polylines

This command allows to apply the 'Chamfer' or 'Fillet' command to a set of polylines. Chamfer values and Fillet radius are those used by their respective command, and depends on the system variables CHAMFERA, CHAMFERB, CHAMFERC, CHAMFERD and CHAMMODE for the chamfer command and FILLETRAD for the fillet command.
