Frame around attributes

This command allows you to create a frame (a polyline) around the attributes “Number”, “Elevation” or “Description”.

Attribute to frame

• Attribute : select the attribute to process.

Frame creation

• Layer : enter the name of the layer in which the frames will be created, or click to select it from a list.
• Same layer as the attribute : check this option to create the frame in the same layer as the attribute.
• Frame color : click to choose a color.
• Offset around the text : you can specify a margin around the text. Give then an absolute value (in drawing units), or a percentage of the size of the attribute.
• Group the attribute with the frame : check this option to group the frame and the attribute in an AutoCAD group. Groups are controlled by the PICKSTYLE variable, see Autocad help).

Set the dialog box parameters then click "Apply" and select the attributes to process.
