This tool allows you to convert a DTM in a single solid (or several solids) that can then be exported to ACIS format to be used in modeling software, or on which you can use solid editing commands . From each 3D face of the DTM, FlashMNT creates a solid (which you specified the thickness), and then combines these into a single solid volume.

Creation of the solids

Adjust the Dialog Box parameters, then click "OK" and select the 3D Faces. FlashMNT then displays on the command line : >> Minimal elevation = 18.500 Enter a base elevation smaller than the minimal elevation or greater than the maximal elevation.

Remarks: Used on a large number of 3D Faces, this command can be very long (especially when creating the final volume) and cause a buffer overflow, or the crash of AutoCAD / BricsCad. It is therefore advisable to save all open drawings before use.
