Intersection Lines of 2 DTMs.

This tool allows you to find the intersection lines between 2 DTMs.

In red, the intersection line between the 2 DTMs

Layer of the DTMs

• Layer of DTM 1 : Enter the name of the layer containing the 3D Faces of the 1st DTM or click on to choose from a list.
• Layer of DTM 2 : Enter the name of the layer containing the 3D Faces of the 2nd DTM or click on to choose from a list.
• Select the 3D Faces : Check this box if you want to select the 3D Faces to process.

Intersection Lines

• Layer of the lines : Enter the name of the layer for the creation of polylines or click on to choose from a list.
• Create in 2D : Check this box to draw the 2D Polylines (with Z=0).
• Create in 3D : Check this box to draw the 3D Polylines.

Adjust the parameters of the dialog box, then click on "OK". If you have checked the option "Select the 3D Faces", FlashMNT then displays on the command line :

>> Select the 3D Faces of the DTM 1 (Layer 'name1')

>> Select the 3D Faces of the DTM 2 (Layer 'name2')

Select the 3D Faces, then validate.

Remarks : Before using this tool, verify your DTMs using the command DTM Control.
