Labeling slopes of the DTM.

This tool allows you to dynamically label the slopes of the 3D Faces of the DTM.

Parameters

• Text height : Enter the text height in drawing units.
• Prefix : Enter a prefix.
• Decimals : Choose the number of decimals to display.
• Layer : Enter the name of the layer in which the slope labels will be created, or click on to choose from a list.

Adjust the Dialog Box parameters, then click "OK" and select the 3D Faces.

When moving the mouse in the DTM, an arrow indicates the direction of the maximum slope of the 3D face: click a point, FlashMNT asks which slope to label : press [ENTER] to label the maximum slope or click a second point to indicate a different slope: the label is then placed at the clicked point and shows the direction and value of the slope.
